For Registered Vendors

Dear Exhibitor,

Pacific Exposition Decorating Company is looking forward to serving you as the official service contractor for the ITE District 6 Annual Convention. Our goal is to help make sure your show participation is a success.

Show management has provided each 8’ x 10’ booth (8 feet vertical clearance) with (1) skirted table, (2) chairs, (1) wastebasket and (1) booth identification sign. Please review the on-line exhibitor kit carefully as it contains order forms for the many additional services offered by PEDCO (including furniture, shipping, signage and labor).

You may order Furniture and Accessories, Carpet, Rental Exhibits, Graphics and other services with our convenient, online, secure shopping cart. Please call (503) 417-8000 if you would like a kit e-mailed or faxed to you.  A .pdf version of the order forms is available below

To qualify for advance pricing, full payment must be included with your orders and received on or before July 7th.  Shipments to advance warehouse should be received no later than July 7th, and direct shipments to the Portland Hilton Hotel on exhibitor move-in day only.

Inbound and outbound door-to-door shipping is easy and with PEDCO Logistics.  Call 503-417-8000 or email shipping@pacificexposition.com for an overnight, second day, third day or standard ground quote.  You’ll like our service and our pricing!

Please include one check for all your PEDCO orders, or complete the Credit Card Authorization Form. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express, as well as checks or cash.

Hilton Hotel Conference Room Rate $138 per night - 503 226-1611 (Use Code ITE)

Vendor Registration Fee $1300 and addition booths @ $1000 Includes:
• 1 8’ X 10’ Booth
• Drink tickets to hand out to attendees for the Sunday “Get Acquainted Reception”
• Continental Breakfast on Monday and Tuesday
• Luncheon tickets for 2 on both Monday and Tuesday
• All Technical Sessions
• Free WiFi
Note: There is a low ceiling in the display area. Displays higher than 7-8 feet may not fit. There is also limited cell phone reception in the vendor area.

Vendor Schedule:
Vendor Set up will be Sunday, July 15th from 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM
Get Acquainted Reception will be Sunday July 15th from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM
Monday Vendor Display time will be 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM
Monday Vendor Display time will be 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM
Tuesday Vendor Display time will be 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM and 1:30 PM to 3:30 PM

Vendors can breakdown from 3:30 PM Tuesday until 8 PM
Attendee’s Continental Breakfast and breaks will be served in vendor’s area on Monday and Tuesday
