Weather in July: No umbrellas

Summer is a wonderful time to visit Portland. The weather can be hot, but most likely it will be pleasant with warm days during the day (85+ degrees) and cooler in the evenings (70 degrees). Although July is one of our drier months, it does rain occasionally. If you are from the warmer parts of the District, please bring warm evening wear.
