Oregon ITE Joint Lunch with TRB Highway Capacity & Quality of Service (HCQS) Committee

| Learn all about the new 2010 HCM from the people charged with its development. The new HCM is due out late this year, and has been significantly updated and reorganized. Committee staff will highlight key organizational changes as well as new tools and techniques that continue to advance the transportation profession. We are limited to 55 registrants, so please sign up early.
