Menu:              Grilled Chicken Breast with an orange single-malt mustard glaze served with wild rice pilaf

                       Wild Mushroom & Spinach Cannelloni with a rosemary cream sauce

                       Medallions of Pork with Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes

                       All choices come with roasted vegetables and mixed greens salad
