STEM Donation Opportunity: Oregon ITE is once again partnering with Oregon MESA to collect donations during registration at Traffic Bowl.
Oregon MESA works to provide students underrepresented in STEM fields with the skills, knowledge, and opportunities to develop their talents, explore technology-based careers, enter college, and compete successfully in the workforce. The organization provides school programming that teaches STEM, invention, and 21st-century skills to historically underrepresented middle and high school students in grades 5–12. The MESA model overcomes barriers to access by providing programs at no cost, offering them directly at schools, and engaging parents in their child’s success.
