Thank you Elsa A. Moreno Rangel for your effort and design of OR ITE's new logo! Elsa is a PhD Civil Engineering student with a concentration in Transportation Engineering at Oregon State University. Under the guidance of Dr. David Hurwitz, Elsa has contributed to various transportation research efforts since her undergraduate degree. These research efforts range from field-based studies all the way to driving simulation. As a graduate student, signalized intersections have been at the center of many of Elsa's research efforts, from Automated Traffic Signal Performance Measures (ATSPM) to Leading Pedestrian Intervals (LPIs). Two of Elsa's favorite hobbies are 3D modeling and graphic design!
