What is OregonITE?
The Oregon Section of the Institute of Transportation Engineers is a professional society of both public and private sector engineers, planners, and students with an interest in transportation. We hold various events throughout the year, providing networking and professional development opportunities for members and students. Events include informal social gatherings, technical workshops and luncheons throughout the year and around the state, an annual golf tournament, and the annual Traffic Bowl competition held every fall that showcases our student participation. |

Where do the dollars go?
Through kind sponsorship donations, the Oregon Section of ITE provides excellent and cost-effective technical presentations, holds great events (Traffic Bowl, Winter Workshop, and GOITE Workshop), and offers fun networking activities. We also invest in our industry future with scholarships, free attendance and cash prizes for the student teams participating in the Traffic Bowl competition, and funding for other student chapter ITE activities. Our organization is entirely volunteer-based, and our events require many hours of planning and coordination by our dedicated board and committee members. Your sponsorship helps us provide cost-effective technical events and fun networking activities while investing in our industry’s future with scholarships and student chapter funding. |
2024 Oregon Section ITE Events
Our sponsorship calendar kicks off each November with our perennial favorite, Traffic Bowl, and continue through to the next Traffic Bowl with a variety of fun and educational activities.
